Golin Harris –Passport To Play Totes
GolinHarris has been a worldwide leader in the public relations industry for over 50 years, as evidenced by the numerous annual awards given to the company and a client list that reads like a Who’s-Who of Business. In addition, they are regularly recognized as a top company to work for, which becomes obvious the minute you work with any one of their team members. Each individual exhibits a bright demeanor and passionate desire to further their accounts’ name and reputation. Their need for quick turnaround and quality products worthy of their Fortune 500 clientele has created a strong partnership with Prewards that is ever-growing.
Their Need
In March of 2008, a Senior Account Executive contacted Prewards with an urgent request for 800 high-quality tote bags that needed to be produced with a half-dozen different 4-color logos. To complicate the situation, they needed design/lay-out for the bags and everything had to be completely proofed, produced, shipped, and delivered in 5 business days.
The Solution
This was a perfect example of the know-how and efficiency that has become synonymous with the Prewards name. The first task was to find a bag that could actually take a high-quality 4-color process imprint on both sides, since one side was to have the primary logo in a large imprint area with multiple, smaller sponsor/partner logo’s on the reverse. Then of course we had to partner with a manufacturer in whose ability we felt confident enough to actually produce and ship this job on time, since we knew that all of our hard work could be completely destroyed with a botched production effort. After a thorough search we went with a long-time industry partner and used our extensive connections within that manufacturer to make sure the project was handled with the utmost care. The final product, seen above, was an immense success at the convention it was produced for, and resulted in extremely positive recognition for everyone involved.
